Delete your BETO account

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

Open BETO and sign in.
Tap Profile (bottom right).
Scroll down and tap Delete account, then tap it again to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — by email

Email support@cannacomplypro.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my BETO account.” We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in (email and password)
Your profile: username, display name, phone number and profile photo
Your favorites, saved coupons, interests and notification settings

What is kept

App activity totals (for example, how many times a listing was viewed) — disconnected from you, with no way to identify you.
Reports you sent about incorrect listings — kept without your name so the corrections stay in place.
