BETO helps adults 21+ find state-licensed cannabis retailers and provisioning centers in Michigan and see their deals. BETO does not sell cannabis, take orders, or process payments. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos (other than a profile photo you choose), payment information, or health information. We do not use advertising IDs or third-party ad trackers.
How we share data
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context advertising. Businesses listed in BETO receive only aggregate numbers (for example, “120 views this month”), never your identity.
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts, database, file storage), Vercel (website hosting), and Esri/ArcGIS (map images — your device requests map tiles directly, which shares your IP address with them). When you tap Directions, Call, Menu, or Share, you leave BETO and that app or website's own privacy policy applies.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to your account data is restricted by database rules so that only you — and authorized BETO administrators for support — can see it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete it any time in the app: Profile → Delete account, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deleting your account permanently removes your email, profile, photo, favorites, saved coupons and settings. App activity records are disconnected from you (anonymized) and kept only as totals. Reports you submitted are kept without your name so listing fixes are preserved.
Your choices
- Turn location off any time in your phone settings or in Profile → Location.
- Turn notifications off in Profile → Notifications.
- Use BETO without an account — browsing the map and deals does not require sign-in.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for deletion by emailing support@cannacomplypro.com.
Age requirement
BETO is only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
