1. Who can use BETO

You must be at least 21 years old to use BETO. By using it you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you will follow the laws where you live. BETO covers businesses in Michigan only.

2. What BETO is — and isn't

BETO is an information service. It shows the locations of businesses licensed by the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency, their public details, and promotions they choose to publish. BETO does not sell, deliver, or arrange the sale of cannabis or any other product, and does not take orders or payments. Any purchase happens directly between you and the business, in person and under Michigan law.

3. Accuracy

License information comes from public state records, and store details (hours, menus, phone numbers, deals) come from public sources and the businesses themselves. We work to keep it current but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free. Check with the business before you go. You can report a problem with any listing in the app.

4. Deals and coupons

Deals are offered by the participating businesses, not by BETO. Each business sets its own terms, limits and expiration dates, and may change or end a deal at any time. Deals have no cash value, are void where prohibited, and must be redeemed at the business in compliance with Michigan law. Sponsored listings are marked “Sponsored.”

5. Not medical advice

Nothing in BETO is medical advice. Talk to a qualified health-care provider about cannabis use. Never drive under the influence.

6. Your account

Keep your password secure and your information accurate. Don't impersonate others, upload unlawful or offensive content, misuse reports, scrape the service, or try to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account any time (Profile → Delete account).

7. Third-party links

Menus, websites, maps and phone calls open apps or sites run by others. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers and limits

BETO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CannaComply Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any transaction between you and a listed business.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
